Chef’s, Kitchen Managers and Gourmets are always stretching their creative muscles to come up with vibrant, delicious and visually appealing dishes. Sadly fighting through the daily rigors of running a kitchen can put you in a creative rut. Staffing issues, inventory, equipment frustrations and more can leave you burned out.

The Culinary Team at New Horizon Cuisine would love to step in and be your creative assistant. With the variety of flavor tools at our disposal, there is literally nothing, with your guidance, we can’t create.

As a sauce and ingredient company we want to be more than just a product you order, we want to be the old friend you can call on to stir your imagination and start creating again.

We are happy to host you in our test kitchen or visit you on site. We will work with NHC products as a base and together, with your vision driving the way, create the flavor profile or profiles you have been tasting in your head, but struggled to bring to the plate.

The recipes we develop will always remain your intellectual property and at no time will we try to recreate your recipes for another customer.
