Chicken Demi-Glace
Traditional French style chicken demi-glace. A thickened brown sauce made from reduced chicken stock, fresh vegetables, and natural seasonings. Available in either concentrated or ready to plate form, this chicken demi-glace is a center of the plate sauce ready to pair with any piece of poultry. Or, use to add chicken flavor and richness to sauces, soups, and stews.

Extracts of (Chicken Stock, Onion, Leek, Celery, Carrot, Celeriac, Tomato Paste, Parsley, Garlic, Peppercorn, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Rosemary), Water, Rice Starch, Yeast Extract, Chicken Fat, Salt, Fructose, Tomato Paste, Cultured Dextrose & Maltodextrin, Hops Extract, Thyme
Handling Instructions
Bring 3 parts water to rapid boil, add one part concentrate and whisk until dissolved and well incorporated. Allow to thicken, maintaining a temperature of 165°F. For safe handling heat to a minimum of 165°F. *Refrigerate after opening. * Ratio of demi-glace to water may be increased or decreased based on user preference and product application.
