Chicken Demi-Glace

Traditional French style chicken demi-glace. A thickened brown sauce expertly made from reduced chicken stock, fresh vegetables, and natural seasonings. Available in either concentrated or ready-to-plate form for your convenience. This chicken demi-glace is a star-of-the-show sauce that will pair perfectly with any piece of poultry. Or, use it to add a complimentary chicken flavor and richness to sauces, soups, stews, or braising liquids.

Handling Instructions

This product is ready to heat and serve. Store frozen. Refrigerate after opening for best quality. Heat demi-glace on low heat in a saucepan or a double boiler to warm for service. Heat to a minimum of 165°F for food safety.
